ASHKHABAT, 30 December - IP "TURKMENinform". On December 29 President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received President and General Director of "Bouygues" group Martin Bouygues, CEO of "Bouygues Batiment International" Olivier-Marie Racine, General Director of "Bouygues Turkmen" Michel Osh and Commercial Director of "Bouygues" Alexei Reshov.

The guests congratulated Turkmen leader on New Year and wished good health and wellbeing to people of Turkmenistan. During the conversation representatives of the French group of companies informed Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the progress of implementation of construction projects of Bouygues in Turkmenistan, which include construction of five-star elite hotel "Oguzkent" in historical center of Ashkhabad, and presented a series of new projects for consideration of Turkmen President. The parties also discussed perspectives of cooperation for the next two years.

Later that day President of Turkmenistan signed decrees on starting implementation of new projects: construction of complex of buildings of the Institute for International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan worth US $ 80 million, an additional building of the house of Parliament of Turkmenistan in the amount of 18, 600 million EUR, a new building of the National Institute of Sports and Tourism worth US $ 80 million and new office of the State Commercial Bank "Halkbank" amounting to 44, 850 million EUR.
