WORLD NEWS, 24 December - IP "TURKMENinform". Young Turkmen acrobats Serdar Mamedov and Serdar Khudayguliev had a successful performance at the Bondarev's Cup Sport Acrobatics and Acrobatic Track Jump Exercises International Tournament held on December 11-13 in Bielorussian capital Minsk. It was the first experience of coach Natalya Redzhepova's young disciples' participation in international championships, and young sportsmen managed to obtain bronze medals in the team event.

Bondarev's Cup competitions are held each year since 1965 in honour of Alexander Bondarev, one of the founders of the Soviet school on sports acrobatics in the 1930s. From 1965 to 1972 the tournament was held in Moscow and then was moved to Minsk. This year over 200 athletes from 10 states - Russia, Bielorussia, Ukraine, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Moldova - took part in the contest.
