ASHKHABAT, 15 February - IP "TURKMENinform". On February 20-29 the Ashkhabad National Olympic Stadium will become a place where thousands of fans will meet together to see the games of the 16th Turkmenistan President' Cup Football Championship between the teams from Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Lithuania, and Kazakhstan.

After draw ceremony the teams were divided in 2 groups. Group A includes Tajik "Vakhsh", Armenian "Gandzasar", combined team of Turkish football clubs, and Turkmen "Altyn Asyr" from Ashkhabad. Group B embraces Kyrgyz "Andysh-Ata", Kazakh "Okzhetpes", Lithuanian "Ekranas" and Turkmen "Nebitchi" from Balkanabat (Balkan velayat of Turkmenistan).

Prize money of the championship makes up $35 000: $20 000 for the first place, $10 000 and $5 000 for the second and the third correspondently.
